INTRODUCTION

Q~ Can you introduce yourself to the community and the story behind creating War Land ?

A~ The core members of our team have been in the game industry for more than 10 years, and have begun to pay attention to cryptocurrency since 2018. The explosion of DeFi has given us a lot of inspiration.

In our past work experience, a small number of users paid for playing the game, which formed our profit model. Most of them play games for free, However, users consume a lot of time but get nothing. From the perspective of the crypto market, the mobility and openness of such economic models are very poor.

We believe that DeFi needs games to lower the barriers to understanding, and games need to improve the life cycle of the economic system through DeFi. So we cooperated with encrypted asset developer 0xland to launch this SLG game to verify our ideas.

Q~ Can you briefly describe War Land to us ?

A~ War Land is a war simulation game (SLG), where you can simulate a virtual war, and enjoy the fun of designing the layout, developing the strategy and playing the game.

Meanwhile, War Land is also a blockchain game, and all game assets can be traded on blockchain.

Players can create characters for free and recruit heroes to build up huge armies. The ultimate goal of the game is to digitally capture all the strongholds and cities in your area.

Furthermore, players can freely form army groups. With the continuous increase of map occupation, players will achieve the gradual rewards. Each war will generate significant profits and will be formatted within a few days. The content of the area and the number of heroes will expand with the version updates, which is full of sustainable exploration.

Q~ Can you explain to us, what makes War Land different from other competitors ?

A~

1. We are the first SLG in blockchain games. SLG is a component of the traditional game market that cannot be neglected. It has a deep historical accumulation. The numerical model has undergone more than 10 years of testing and has won a large number of loyal fans. We believe that such a game with content vitality is what GameFi really needs.
2. Multi-client support: We currently support multiple device terminals such as windows, MacOS, ios, and Android which allow users to join in our game at anytime. Currently Windows and Android users can play games directly. iOS and MacOS will be available immediately, and our games will be launched on the Steam platform.
3. In order to satisfy the needs of traditional users and blockchain users, we will launch a completely open blockchain game. Traditional SLG users can also download our games through the app market and earn money for free.
4. Spine makes exquisite NFT heroes. Our NFT heroes are all created using Spine animation, with a lot of rich details. We highly recommend in terms of beauty and rarity.
5. We develop on Polygon: Polygon is currently the most valuable Layer 2 public chain. It is user-friendly in terms of transfer efficiency and decentralized attributes. Users can host their assets on Polygon without worrying about expensive transfer costs.

Q~ What are the major milestones War Land has achieved so far ?

A~ At present, the game is still in the internal test phase. Users can directly download the game to help us test it. In the internal test phase, we will send token rewards and NFT rewards for valuable suggestions.

Q~ What are your further plans for War Land ?

A~ We will launch community badges next week. Community builders who mint badges will have invitation privileges. Invited users can get a 10% revenue share of internal test rewards.

Q~ Can I still join the War Land beta test for Windows, I want to test the game before hand and provide my feedback?

A~ At present, the game is still in the internal test phase. Users can directly download the game to help us test it. In the internal test phase, we will send token rewards and NFT rewards for valuable suggestions.

Q~ Is there a game entry fee? Will those who buy NFT only be able to play the game? Will everyone be able to have their own character in the #WarLandgame? And will he be able to buy energy boosts for his character?

A~ As a blockchain project, our goal is to serve users around the world. So English is our main promotion language, and other languages will be supported one after another. The progress depends on our users distribution.

Q~ Concerning your game, I would like to know if one game scenario can be played continuously to earn extra token or one needs to advance to a different level in order to earn more token.

A~ $XLD is the governance token of 0xland. Holding $XLD allows you to participate in the governance and have votes of all 0xland games (including War Land) and $XLD holders will have voting rights on the subsequent development of the game.

Q~ What is your top 3 priorities in 2021? Could you share some plans for the upcoming year?

A~

1. Mint NFT
2. NFT transaction fee
3. Transaction fee within the game 4. Land casting fee in the future

Q~ Do you have any partners at the moment, should we expect any new partnerships in the coming weeks?

A~ Our project is named War Land. War is the central theme of the game. Land represents the most important meta-universe asset in the blockchain world. War strategy games, at present, are mainly based on Eastern materials. In the future, any world materials can be used, and users can customize the type of war scenes (e.g. Game of Thrones).
