Q~ Thanks for joining us today, could you firstly give a brief introduction about yourself and the team behind Bricktrade project to our community ?
A~ My name is Guv Kang Founder and CEO of Bricktrade.
I have actively been involved in the London property market over the past 15 years of as the founder and owner of Waterfronts, a premier real estate agent located in London’s Docklands, specialising in riverside developments across London.
My expertise is in
- Sales, Letting & Property Management
- Off plan launches
- Real estate redevelopment projects,
- Property investment fundraising, and
- Managing relations with housing authorities

Q~ Explain to us the background that precedes Bricktrade's development and what was the drive behind it's creation ?
A~ In my time in the property industry, I have seen the property become out of reach for most people because of increase in prices, low interest rates for savers and the large deposits needed for someone to purchase a property.
Me and my team believe the archaic way of transacting property is coming to an end and we are at the forefront of the change. With use use of blockchain technology, our mission is to lower the barrier to entry for millions of people around the globe by giving them access to quality property investments all over the world, may that be in form of a single unit, entire buildings and/or corporate portfolios, producing a low risk, asset backed yields.
Bricktrade is a real estate tokenization platform which will deliver fully researched, compliant, fractional investments by accepting crypto and fiat, from as little as £500/$700.
The model is simple, the technology behind the scenes is complicated. By putting the two together we will change the way property investments are transacted, making it more streamlined, more consistent over borders and lowering the barriers to entry.
With all the volatility in the markets, its time the crypto world had access to some asset backed investments, with long term growth attached.
Q~ How does Bricktrade differ from all other closely related projects and how do you plan to bridge the wealth gap with your implementations ?

Q~ Can you share with us details on the $BRKT token. What are the unique utilities of this token ?
A~ Of course
BRKT will shortly go through TGE and be available to buy through exchanges.
BRKT Token holders will have the ability to view and invest into various projects we will be listing on our marketplace, all asset backed. We will also be introducing staking pools where we will purchase income generating build assets and share yields with our investors.

Guv Kang : We have had a slight delay because of the current market condition and blockchain partner. We aim to launch this within the next three months.
This is delay is also due to the fact we want a working platform, investable projects and staking capability, when we launch the coin.

We are exploring the possibility of investors receiving digital twins of the real world assets they invest in.
Q~ You mentioned that BrickTrade has partnerships with security token exchanges. What is your security protocol especially that related to user's data safety. How can it be assured that data privacy at Bricktrade is safe and will not be leaked to other party ?
A~ In a climate where very few crypto firms have any form of legal and compliance protections for their users, Bricktrade has gone above and beyond. As an AR of the UKs Financial Conduct Authority we have many obligations to protect our users.
This includes:
- Security vetting is conducted by Archon Sec
- Using secure servers for hosting users data
- Using a custodian to handle client funds, with segregated accounts for investors
- Not working in high risk markets where there is compliance risks
- Bricktrade is also in the process of securing cybersecurity insurance, which is now an industry standard

Q~ Can you explain your Tokenomics Distribution, how many tokens will be minted and how many tokens will be locked by the team ?
A~

Q~ Revenue is an important aspect for all projects to survive and maintain the project/company. How have you been able to build a complete project and what is the way to generate profit/revenue of the token. What is the income model ?
A~ Our own revenue is accrued by taking spread on the interest paid from the developer, commissions for sourcing/selling the built properties and managing properties on behalf of investors.
